Sound Healing meditation is a wonderful, very lively form of sound relaxation. It’s like a journey around the world – you will experience everything. During one class, the whole spectrum of resonant instruments is alternated, from singing & crystal bowls, through gongs, drums, shruti, chimes, chants, to immersion into a variety of powerful sensations due to the elements, and to the noisy silence called shunya.
